Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading HR Management Consultancy Firm.Our client, a leading AHU & HVAC Products Manufacturing company requires Projects Head for Delhi location.Position: Projects HeadLocation: AhmedabadQualification: Diploma/B.E.Experience: 15+ years in handling HVAC projectsSalary: 15-20 LPA:
- Oversee the planning, coordinating, and installation of air moving equipment.
- Establish project cost control centres for tracking of equipment, material, labour, subcontracts, and miscellaneous costs.
- To ensure the systems are installed within the allotted budget and time schedule.
- Project correspondence to be maintained to ensure that LD is not levied, idle labour claims can be raised and justified, and partial warranty periods can commence for completed work.
- Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors.
- Dealing with Consultants /PMC\xe2\x80\x99s/subcontractors to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Monitoring execution of project till commissioning.
- Inspect the jobsite on a regular basis for contract compliance, workmanship, and safety.
- Raise invoices on time and submit them with the desired documentation.
- Collect outstanding payments as per the agreed payment terms.
- Collect completion certificate upon handing over along with an appreciation letter.
- Follow-up on any required warranty work and ensure customer satisfaction.
