Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Projects Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and management of various projects that align with our mission. This role requires a proactive individual who is •passionate about social impact, project management, and community engagement. •

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Monitor project progress, gather data, and prepare reports for stakeholders and partners.
• Conduct research to support project development and identify funding opportunities.
• Liaise with project teams, partners, and beneficiaries to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and training sessions related to ongoing projects.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, budgets, and outcomes.
• Assist in preparing presentations, project proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the documentation of success stories, impact assessments, and case studies.
• Participate in field visits to monitor on-ground project activities as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management, social work, or NGO operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in working with community-based projects, NGOs, or social enterprises.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for sustainable development, community engagement, and social change.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
