  • Collaborate with executive leadership to understand and support the vision, goals, and strategy for data programme management that aligns with overarching business objectives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the established roadmap for data programme management, monitoring key milestones, timelines, and resource allocation to meet strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate Programme Management 101 with cross-functional teams, maintaining compliance with risk, data governance, and data quality policies, while ensuring the reusability and ethical standards of our data models.
  • Focus on understanding business cases, risk management, and dependencies, with a strong capability to identify and communicate obstacles to maintain project momentum.
  • Actively monitor project progress against the roadmap, identify any deviations, and coordinate with the necessary parties to implement corrective actions to keep projects aligned with the roadmap.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and consistent expectations throughout the project\'s duration.
  • Regularly report to key stakeholders on project status, outcomes, and upcoming milestones as per the roadmap.
  • Verify that all data programme management activities are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Champion ethical practices in data management and the responsible use of data as outlined in the roadmap.
  • Utilize established performance metrics to track the effectiveness and impact of data programme management projects, ensuring they align with the roadmap.
  • Compile and present reports to senior management as required, detailing project adherence to the roadmap, successes, challenges, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Program Management Expertise: Demonstrate a track record of successful program management, particularly in monitoring progress and managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) items effectively.
