The Role:
As a Staff Program Manager for STEP (Success, Technology, Experience and Platform) Training and Development (STEP T&D), your team sits within the Strategic Business Operations organization supporting the President and Chief Operating Officer in driving operational excellence within the STEP learning community. Supporting the Asia-Pacific region, this role is responsible for managing in-role development programs targeting the business units within the APJ region. This position offers the opportunity to drive highly impactful and strategic learning objectives across one of ServiceNow\'s largest organizations which includes Engineering, Product Experience, Product Management, and Customer Success.
What you get to do in this role:
Oversee and drive development, launch, and ongoing improvements to STEP in-role development programs for Asia-Pacific.
Lead Asia-Pacific cohort learning programs and development experiences.
Own program narrative, providing necessary data and materials for quarterly business review.
Collaborate regularly with U.S.-based Program Managers for seamless execution and scalability of programs across all regions.
Partner with Asia-Pacific leadership to integrate organizational priorities into STEP educational programs.
Manage program budget, monitoring and adjust spending monthly/quarterly in order to achieve goals on-time and within budget.
Regularly analyze feedback and best practices to understand trends and for continuous improvement of programs.
Utilize adult learning methods for inclusive growth and development
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of project/program management experience in large size companies supporting product and technology teams.
Extensive experience in learning and development, adept at implementing advanced programs utilizing adult learning theories and instructional design methods.
Proficient in both virtual and in-person facilitation.
Experienced in collaborating with subject matter experts and business leaders to execute and deliver against organizational objectives.
Skilled in creating diverse learning opportunities and experiences to achieve desired outcomes.
Analytical expertise in measuring the business impact of programs and using feedback for content and process improvements.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and engaging highly technical groups effectively.
Efficient with meticulous attention to detail, excelling in a fast-paced team environment while managing varying projects and priorities.
Possesses diplomacy, integrity, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels within a large organization.
Applies a growth mindset and self-awareness to thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and adaptable to various tools and platforms.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree or higher in Business Management, Behavioral or Social Science, Operations and Information Management (OIM) or other relevant combination of education and experience.
Experience managing learning and development projects or programs with large cross-functional teams.
Adaptive and passionate in driving strategies while mitigating obstacles.
Experience utilizing software and learning management systems to keep projects organized, track metrics, and report on progress.
