Job Summary: As an MBA Fresher Project Coordinator with an IT background, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and supporting the successful execution of IT projects within our organization. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent MBA graduate to gain valuable experience in project management and IT. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Scheduling: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure timely project delivery. Resource Allocation: Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Communication: Serve as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress and deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations. Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking project expenses and budget adherence, working closely with finance teams. Issue Resolution: Identify and address project issues promptly, seeking guidance from senior team members when necessary. Reporting: Generate regular project status reports for management and clients, highlighting key milestones and achievements. Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for process improvements and best practices in project management. Qualifications: Recent MBA graduate with a specialization in IT or related field. Basic understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and methodologies. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
