Project Supervisor

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from initial client interaction to final on-site installation. You will be responsible for overseeing site visits, preparing detailed 2D drawings, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing the on-site installation process to deliver exceptional results.

• Site Visits
• Conduct thorough site visits to gather accurate measurements and client requirements.
• Assess project site conditions and identify potential challenges.
• Follow up the entire production purposes.
• Ensure drawings accurately reflect client specifications and project requirements
• Coordination and Collaboration
• Maintain effective communication with the team to ensure smooth on-site execution.
• Designing Team: Collaborate with designers to ensure project specifications, dimensions, and aesthetics meet
• Manage client communication and address concerns on time and professionally.
• Keep clients informed about project progress and any potential issues.
• On-Site Management: Manage site work, ensure timely completion, and coordinate with senior site fitters.
• Oversee material dispatch and on-site installation processes.
• Organize on-site logistics, including materials management and worker accommodations.
• Lead site planning and provide guidance to workers. Stakeholder Management:
• Establish and maintain strong communication channels with architects, engineers, project owners, and site fitters.
• Provide clear direction and performance targets to site fitters.
• Address any complications or complaints that arise during the project.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates, challenges, and recommendations.
• Maintain regular communication with project managers or directors, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues on time.
• Project Completion: Cross-check site works, and update project completion

Qualification : Diploma or graduation in Civil Engineering
