Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Project Supervisor with a background in Building Construction , Power Plants , Steel Plants , and Civil Construction to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage construction projects across diverse sectors, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. As a Project Supervisor, you will work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects for building construction , power plants , steel plants , and civil construction .
• Supervision of Site Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring work is carried out according to design, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Resource Coordination: Manage the allocation and scheduling of materials, equipment, and labor resources to meet project deadlines.
• Quality Control & Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that construction work complies with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Team Leadership: Supervise on-site workers and subcontractors, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Budget & Cost Control: Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring costs stay within approved limits, and addressing any financial discrepancies.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety procedures to ensure the safety of all personnel and prevent accidents or delays.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to senior management and clients, identifying potential issues or delays and recommending solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 year of hands-on experience as a Project Supervisor or in a related role in Building Construction , Power Plants , Steel Plants , or Civil Construction .

Certifications: OSHA or other safety certifications (preferred but not required).

• Educational Background: A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of construction processes, structural engineering principles, and industrial plant operations.
• Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues on-site and propose effective, timely solutions.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to report progress and collaborate with teams.
• Leadership: Ability to supervise and motivate diverse teams, ensuring high performance and a positive work environment.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure all project activities are executed as per specifications.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
