Project Supervisor
Job Description
• Manage daily operations of the solar installation crew, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Inspect installations to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks on components and workmanship throughout the installation process.
• Enforce all safety protocols on site, including proper PPE usage and work procedures.
• Regularly communicate project status updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to address technical challenges.
• Resolve issues with subcontractors and address concerns raised by clients.
• Understand and interpret construction drawings, electrical schematics, and project specifications.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage crews effectively
• Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find solutions on-site
• Attention to detail to ensure quality installations and compliance with standards
• Technical knowledge of solar PV systems, including electrical principles and installation procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Fixed shift
• Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
