About the jobOur Team:Sanofi Global Hub is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions . Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally.Main responsibilities:
Ensure on time, continuous seamless OCCP (OmniChannel Call Plan) orchestration and deployment including feedback and Territory administration in the Veeva Align modules for all GBUs (GenMed, Vaccines and Speciality Care)
Support to One CRM countries (BO&S admins) for commercial GBUs and support global OneCRM team
Veeva Align including OCCP feedback, tasks like preparation of files uploads, tagging and reporting of all activities related to Veeva Align
More speficically , prepare templates to be loaded, load files, setting targeting rules , cloning process for OCCP plans, OCCP channel set up including set up on F2F equivalent etc.) by collaborating with colleagues from the local BO&S teams.,
Veeva Align territory administration
Task like field force creation and changes, territory creation and changes, product creation , account rules, explicit assignment deletion etc will be weekly activities.
Demonstrable expertise in complex Veeva Align development and deployment with teams and managing stakeholder interaction.
Overall deep knowledge of all components in Veeva Align module including Sanofi configuration, strong Veeva CRM Admin competencies, strong expertise in OCCP and Territory Administration module, within the Veeva Suite
Responsible for quality control and technical expert to guide local affiliate teams.
Support new features deployment (scripts writing, UAT testing in both Veeva Align and CRM), Support new ways of working, Systems synchronization issues investigation and coordination with AIMS in resolution and in case of request for new functionalities, create a RFAE form and send to BPO.
Develop relationships with internal and external teams to ensure the timely provision of support.
Support to One CRM countries (BO&S admins) for commercial and medical GBUs and support global OneCRM team.
Supprt in testing new features in different environments, on performance, territory tagging and other related territory administrative activities.
Mentor and train incoming rotating team members and creates/updates all training guidelines and materials as needed.
People: (1) Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders;(2) Liaise and coordinate with colleagues in medical and commercial functions to receive tasks for exection through one CRM (3) Co-ordinating and performing QC activities to ensure quality check validation and UAT acceptance
Performance: (1) Manage receipt of tasks;(2) Perform initial QC on tasks to test rendering and performance. (3) test and perform trouble shooting technical issues;(4) Timely distribute tasks to appropriate QC user group (5)
Process: (1) Follow detailed guidelines (for example on how to prepare OCCPs based on the rules shared by local BO&S and agreed with Business, provide the instructions of the feedback, perform the territorial changes shared by local BO&S team) (2) Good understanding of VAlign features;(3) Effective understanding of the Territories settings, Geographies and Products; (4) Advise local BO&S team how to manage correctly the hierarchy
Stakeholder: Builds and maintains solid partnerships with assigned stakeholders to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate internal work and communications
About you
Experience: 3+ years relevant work experience with solid understanding of principles, standards, and best practices of Veeva Align and Veeva CRM preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare space with experience in managing Veeva Align activities.
Soft skills: Strong communication skills (written & verbal), innovative and creative thinking Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong client service and project management skills; in particular, must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively.
Technical skills: Technical knowledge of Veeva CRM environments and Territory management tools (Veeva Align, Veeva Vault, Veeva OneCRM, Veeva 4MPromo Mat, Veeva CLM, proficient in Excel & PowerPoint). Veeva Salesforce or Veeva Certified would be added advantage.
Education: Bachelors degree Business, marketing, information systems, web/graphic design, or related field. Experience in Pharma preferred but not require.
Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written).
