SBO strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally.Main responsibilities:xc2xb7 Ensure on time secure delivery, management, upload, tagging and reporting of all digital assets and content ordered and approved for distribution through the major content management systems (Sharepoint Online, Viva Engage) by collaborating with colleagues from the medical, marketing, compliance, IT and local affiliates as well external agencies, photo studios and other creative sources such as stock libraries.xc2xb7 Ensure that content is received properly with all added supporting information key words, focus areas, categories, hotspots as well as other data that should be available within the Content Manifest)xc2xb7 Responsible for quality control and technical viability of assets to be uploadedxc2xb7 Responsible to upload the content in alignment with instruction provided within the Content Manifestxc2xb7 Develop relationships with agencies to ensure the timely provision of content for creating copy doc and library images for easy access and update for the sitexc2xb7 Partner closely with Medical Teams to ensure the most up to date and efficient search capabilities are being applied and used in the most competent wayxc2xb7 Create, update, and distribute all necessary digital asset guidelines to ensure that all current processes are followed and kept relevantxc2xb7 Responsible for testing the content within SharePoint and other CMS platforms on performance, content format and on interactive elements (hotspots, links, etc)xc2xb7 Mentor and train incoming rotating contract digital asset specialists, and creates/updates all training guidelines and materials as neededxc2xb7 Build and maintain intranet and internet websites using platforms such as SharePoint online, Viva Engage/Yammer and Microsoft Teamsxc2xb7 Analysing the stakeholder requirements, proposing design solutions over call or creating forms in SharePoint or Adobe or Figma as per their requirementxc2xb7 Preparing mock-up of site designs if required to suggest stakeholder on the various site design possibilities.xc2xb7 Taking full ownership of managing the administrative activities related to the assigned site like providing access to team members, setting up unique permissions for libraries/ pages if required, creating libraries helping team members in uploading files or solving queries.xc2xb7 People: (1) Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders;(2) Liaise and coordinate with colleagues in Medical function to receive content for site updates for publishing;(3) Co-ordinating and performing QC activities to ensure quality check validationxc2xb7 Performance: (1) Manage receipt of Content Manifest including content Approval documentation;(2) Perform initial QC on content to test rendering, performance and interactive;(3) Perform trouble shooting content-related technical issues (4) Enhance content structure and digital asset UI and UX :(5) Build and maintain intranet and internet websitesxc2xb7 Process: (1) Follow detailed guidelines (for example collecting request, creating and validating copy doc, review of the content for expiration date, tagging, validating MMRC#); (2) Good understanding about CMS tools like SharePoint Online and Magnolia application;(3) Effective understanding on content structure ;(4) Secure adherence to QC process to maintain quality requirementsxc2xb7 Stakeholder: Builds and maintains solid partnerships with assigned stakeholders to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate internal work and communicationsAbout youxc2xb7 Experience: 2+ years relevant work experience with solid understanding of principles, standards, and best practices of web content management/Digital Asset Management preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare spacexc2xb7 Soft skills: Strong communication skills(written & verbal) , innovative and creative thinkingxc2xb7 Technical skills: Technical knowledge of content management tools (Sharepoint online, Sharepoint Designer, CMS, Figma, Photoshop, proficient in PowerPoint and Adobe PDF)xc2xb7 Education: Bachelors or masters degree in information systems, computer science, communications, web/graphic design, or related fieldxc2xb7 Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)Pursue progress, discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
