Project Specialist - MT

You will be working as Project Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 MT and will be part of Electrification business area for Distribution Solutions based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Engineering Manager and will be responsible for coordinating assigned aspects of a project and supports Project Managers in management and execution of the project.

Your responsibilities

• Conducting analysis of planned versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning and Controls Manager
• Preparing materials and assisting in project reviews. Updating project (cost) adjustments approved by the Project Manager and Controller in SAP or other Project Controls systems
• Monitoring, controlling and releasing invoicing requests based on instructions from the Project Manager
• Communicating appropriate information to project stakeholders (mostly internal) effectively
• Leading their development journey by seeking knowledge and learning opportunities within the team
• Managing relationships with stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment

Your background

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical Engineering
• A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
• A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
