Job Summary As a Delivery Specialist, you play an integral role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and programs. Focus of the Role
The role will be responsible for supporting the business strategy team by processing, managing, and analyzing data to translate it into reports and dashboards that provide valuable business insights. Contributing to the delivery of projects and programs is essential for the role.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do
Global Business Services - Strategy & Business Operations develops and stands up Telstra\'s corporate strategy, and oversees its business operations.
This is how you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring the purpose of your role to life:
  • Develop an understanding of the system and process consumption of the data you analyse to enable you to perform effective analysis to guide data management strategies which maximise business and customer outcomes
  • Use relevant tools, systems, and techniques to collect, store, organise, clean and process data in line with Telstra guidelines and processes
  • Probe, source and manipulate large data sets to resolve issues or develop a solution to enable business decisions. Share insights and dashboards with stakeholders and help address their queries.
  • Scrutinise data for quality and accuracy and create final synthesised data set(s) for analysis. Perform descriptive analyses of the data.
  • Contribute to the delivery of projects and programs
  • Define business problems, assist with the development of hypotheses, undertake relevant reporting, summarise the insights and make recommendations for action.
  • Actively engage in continuous professional and personal growth and showcasing learning from experience in relation to PMBOK, Agility, Telstra Financial Management and Telstra policies related to project and program delivery


About You
Key technical requirements:
  • Degree in Business/Finance or in related field
  • 4 years of minimum relevant experience in data analysis and project management
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in MS Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Python would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Project Management / PMBOK concepts
  • Data automation
