An exciting opportunity to get into the middle of a major complex Global Transformation. This role will support in HR tracking and reporting, but most importantly help to develop and drive process to enable Managers and leaders to drive the change. For the right person there will be an opportunity to learn about HR in the global setting and be part of a small fast-moving team where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
• Create and maintain project plans, reports, and dashboards that provide the project team and project sponsors with well-informed insights in a succinct way.
• Own and document, key principles, processes, enablers ensuring easily accessible and use friendly. Also ensuring that these are repeatable tools and can be used in future projects
• Support team with co-ordination as required on Organization design, job descriptions, talent selection, learning and other topics, overtime taking the lead on some topics.
• Establish effective relationships and communicate effectively across a multitude of stakeholders including senior leadership, geographically distributed HR and project team members, cross-functional stakeholders, and vendors.
• Rationalize and organize project documentation, so clearly accessible and appropriately safeguarded for confidentiality.
• Managing access to information allowing for quick and accurate responses to data requests within projects
About you
• You need to be an organized quick thinker who is advanced on Excel and powerpoint, PowerPoint
• Ability to handle large volumes of confidential data and manipulate it to produce reports.
• Absolute confidentiality and ability to hold safe personal information/data
• Ability to represent on meetings, solve queries where knowledge and where not, to take actions and follow up.
• Attention to detail, plus ability to step back and look at overall objective and best solution
• Keen to learn and be involved in a big transformation project
Qualifications
• HR or business degree preferred.
• 2-3 years' experience in HR or a similar business function.
• Must have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to write clear simple documents.
• Fast moving but steady and calm. Ability to keep and hold sensitive data and information.
• Workday (or another HR system) an advantage
