This is your role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Scheduler. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. The Project Scheduler will work closely with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders to create and maintain comprehensive schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential issues. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.Responsibilities:1. Schedule Development:

• Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules based on project scope, objectives, and resource availability.

• Utilize project management software and tools to create and maintain detailed and realistic project schedules.

2. Resource Allocation:

• Work with project teams to identify resource requirements and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.

• Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to optimize project performance.

3. Progress Monitoring:

• Regularly update and maintain project schedules to reflect actual progress and changes in project scope.

• Identify and address schedule variances, potential delays, and bottlenecks, providing timely reports to stakeholders.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management regarding schedule updates, milestones, and potential risks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.

5. Risk Management:

• Identify potential delays in project schedules and propose mitigation strategies.

• Work proactively to prevent and address issues that may impact project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.

• Proven experience as a Project Scheduler or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools MS Project, Primavera.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

• Experience in industries such as construction.

• Familiarity with scheduling methodologies, such as Critical Path Method (CPM).
