Project Sales Manager (Telecom and Security) Summary:
The Project Sales Engineer with a technical background in telecom and security is tasked with acquiring business from consultants and large system integration firms (SIS). Combining technical expertise with sales proficiency, this role identifies, pursues, and secures project opportunities aligned with telecom and security solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with consultants and large SIS to understand project requirements and preferences.
  • Identify and qualify project opportunities within the telecom and security sectors.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to consultants and SIS throughout the project specification and bidding phases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals according to client needs.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions as required.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable business agreements.
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline and monitor progress using CRM tools.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to enhance the company\'s visibility and identify new business prospects.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or a relevant technical field.
  • Proven track record in technical sales, specifically within the telecom and security domains.
  • Comprehensive understanding of telecom and security products, systems, and solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to 700,000.00 per year Benefits:
