Key Responsibilities
• Project Identification and Acquisition:
• Identify potential projects in commercial, residential, and industrial sectors requiring lighting solutions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active leads by networking, cold calling, and participating in industry events.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Present customized lighting solutions that align with client needs and project requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
• Coordination and Collaboration:
• Work closely with the design, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Market Intelligence and Reporting:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in lighting.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project statuses using CRM tools.
