PRIMARY LOCATION: Shreeji Aqua Morewadi Office.
WORK LOCATIONS: Travel is required for sales, several times a week.
SCHEDULE: Full time
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Sales Executives are the conductors of a company's revenue engine. They create and nurture
high-performance sales teams, and lead them to generate hit revenue forecasts and meet customer needs.
The sales Executive / Coordinator is responsible for bringing in new customers to the company and converting them into regular monthly customers. They have to maintain the existing clients and act as the
'Client Account Representative' by being a bridge between the client's requirements and company services. They have to keep a record of all the sales that they have done and use CRM to do so.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following. Other assignments,
projects, and duties may be required:
? To help customers in guidance for Technical queries in testing & regulatory aspect
? Record all the sales activities done on Zoho CRM and update the status of each lead with
progress.
? Present the sales records from Zoho CRM on weekly basis during the respective Weekly
Meetings.
? Make at least 3 field visits per week,
? Coordinate with the Marketing and Design dept for the creation of any required content
that can be useful for sales.
? To manage and build relationships with all new & existing customers in Pune or Gujarat
by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
? Generating sales revenue as per the mutually agreed goals.
? To understand the current market trends, and competitors' moves, and devise strategies to create sales.
? Provide inputs on optimising our product, so as to be grounded on the integrity of our
products and services while creating sales.
? On-time payment follows up with customers if required.
? Answering cold calls and lead calls.
? Attain walk-in customers and discuss the technical queries/requirements.
? To understand the customer's requirements and give them appropriate quotations
considering the resource availability and technical competency of the Unit.
? To prepare the sales orders.
? To communicate technical upgradation or any new credential achieved by the company to customers
? Handling and closing customer complaints if any.
ELIGIBILITY
1. Qualification: Bachelor/ Master/ MBA
2. Experience: 2 Years +
3. Expected Skills: Great communication skills, Strategy building skills, Record keeping
skills, Time Management skills, and Travelling skills.
