Job Overview:
As a Project Sales Representative , you will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships for large-scale, long-term projects. This includes identifying project opportunities, developing proposals, and working closely with project teams to ensure successful project execution. You will focus on building strong relationships with key decision-makers and delivering tailored solutions that meet their project requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Project Identification and Opportunity Generation: Identify new project opportunities in sectors such as construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing, where products like ropes and tiles can be applied.
2. Pre - Sales Activities: Understand the technical and functional requirements of specific projects, working closely with the engineering and technical teams to ensure the product meets the client's needs.
3. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including construction companies, contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders.
4. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Lead the negotiation process with clients to close project sales deals, ensuring profitability for the company while meeting client requirements.
5. Project Coordination and Management: Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and quality control to ensure timely and quality delivery of products for ongoing projects.
6. Product Knowledge and Technical Support: Stay up-to-date with the latest product innovations, including the technical features and applications of ropes, tiles, and related products.
7. Bidding and Tender Participation: Respond to tenders and bids by preparing proposals that include product specifications, pricing, delivery timelines, and other project requirements.
8. Post-Sales Support and Customer Satisfaction: Ensure post-sale support by working closely with the customer service and project teams to resolve any issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
9. Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking: Track and report on project sales performance, including the number of bids, win rates, sales revenue, and project progress.
Qualifications Needed:
? Education:
? A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
? A technical or engineering background can be an added advantage, especially for projects that require in-depth knowledge of product specifications (ropes, and related products).
? Certifications (Preferred): Certifications in Project Management

Work Experience Required: 4-8 years of experience in sales or project management in a related industry, such as construction, manufacturing, or a technical field.
Salary Range : ?30,000 - ?60,000/month, or higher based on experience and track record.
