We have an urgent opening for Project sales executive.
Location: Karnal
Looking for candidates from Manufacturing,Building material, cement, construction, Ceramics, paints industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for meeting specific sales volumes and profit margin goals
Develop and maintain relationships within the Government Departments, Architects and Project Management Consultants community.
Leverage these relationships to get products specified on future projects.
Establish short and long term goals and strategies in regards to key clients and prospects. Develop specific action plans to achieve goals.
Prospect new opportunities within core markets.
Manage and update key CRM tracking systems to reflect account/project activity.
Conduct market analytics (product benchmarking, customer segmentation & profiling, competitor sales etc.)
Generation of MIS reports for facilitating decision-making by top management.
Qualifications / Experience / Required Skills:
Graduate + MBA will be an advantage.
Demonstrate strong business acumen in regards to sales and marketing and/or the civil in infrastructure construction market; be knowledgeable in regards to current and possible future industry trends.
Must have ability to travel throughout the sales region. Should own a personal vehicle, preferably a four wheeler.
Must have the drive and self-discipline to work independently within territory to accomplish goals.
Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers-both internal and external.
Be a pro-active, self-motivated, self-starter who is action oriented and drives for results.
Foster a collaborative, team-based approach.
Be experienced with technical sales to engineers and specifying agencies.
Be proficient in basic Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.)
Have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
