Position: Project Sales Executive/Manager

Job Summary:
The Project Sales Executive/Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Shyam Steel products to large construction projects and managing relationships with contractors, builders, and key stakeholders. The role requires a strong understanding of project sales and business development, including working with clients in the construction and infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the assigned sales targets for steel products in the designated area.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction projects segment.
• Business Development:
• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders involved in construction projects.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful business deals.
• Client Management:
• Maintain existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to provide excellent after-sales service.
• Market Research:
• Keep track of market trends, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for new business growth.
• Understand the needs of clients and customize sales presentations accordingly.
• Negotiation and Deal Closure:
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to customers and ensure timely closure of sales.
• Coordination and Execution:
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as logistics and production, to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor project progress and follow up with clients on any issues related to product quality or delivery.
• Reporting:
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and update management on sales performance and project status.
• Track key sales metrics such as revenue, orders, and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or MBA is a plus).
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in Project Sales, preferably in the steel or building material industry.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and project-based sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Location Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and meetings.
