We also use applied technology expertise to serve the defense, entertainment, material handling, aerospace, science, and renewable energy industries.Position SummaryPurposeThe Project Resourcing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring personnel are compliant and ready for mobilization using the following approach: right person, right job, right place, and right time at the lowest possible cost.Duties & ResponsibilitiesFunctionsESSENTIAL\xc2\xa7 Ensure tickets are assigned and completed to meet SLA\xe2\x80\x99s.\xc2\xa7 Review personnel compliance prior to mobilization: medical, training, and other client/ location specific requirements.\xc2\xa7 Assist in maintaining personnel schedules through GM applications and other Operations\xe2\x80\x99 systems where required.\xc2\xa7 Issue Letters of Assignment (LOA) where regionally applicable.\xc2\xa7 Work with GM Operations Team to ensure immigration compliance of rotational personnel.\xc2\xa7 Maintain effective communication with team members, Operations, and rotational employees.\xc2\xa7 Collaborate with global Resourcing Teams to provide global support as needed.\xc2\xa7 Participate in on-call schedule to provide after-hours and weekend support.\xc2\xa7 Arrange travel and accommodations for rotational employees where regionally applicable.\xc2\xa7 Responsible for regular and ad hoc reporting, and providing management information as required.\xc2\xa7 Other duties may be assigned as required.Supervisory Responsibilities\xc2\xa7 This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Reporting Relationship\xc2\xa7 Global Mobility Lead where regionally applicable, or\xc2\xa7 Manager, Project ResourcingQualificationsQualificationsREQUIRED\xc2\xa7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources or equivalent and/or combined education and experience.\xc2\xa7 1-2 years Resourcing experience.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics\xc2\xa7 Ability to work an on-call schedule to provide after-hours and weekend support.\xc2\xa7 Ability to use various information technology systems required for successful job performance.\xc2\xa7 Understands and takes into account global and local impacts on day-to day activities.\xc2\xa7 Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.\xc2\xa7 Ability to establish and maintain project priorities.\xc2\xa7 Skill to prioritize workflow in a changing work environment.\xc2\xa7 Exhibits a strong sense of urgency about solving problems and accomplishing work.\xc2\xa7 Skill to work effectively under pressure.\xc2\xa7 Ability to work in a team environment, remaining attentive to ideas, recognizing responsibilities, and actively participating with others to accomplish assignments and achieve desired goals.\xc2\xa7 Expresses ideas clearly and concisely in writing.Closing StatementWorking ConditionsThis position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.\xc2\xa7 Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night\xc2\xa7 Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the work place\xc2\xa7 Work surface is stable (flat)Physical Activity/RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
