• Communication Skills:Effective communication is paramount. Project coordinators and managers need to convey ideas clearly, listen actively, and communicate project goals, updates, and expectations to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Leadership Skills:Leadership is about inspiring and guiding a team toward project success. Project leaders need to motivate team members, make informed decisions, and lead by example.
• Organizational Skills:Excellent organizational skills are essential for planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities. This includes managing timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently. Call-meeting-meeting-call - your daily calendar would be full of meetings and calls.You need to attain n number of calls and meetings.The purpose of these calls/meetings might be working with QA/developers/BA/clients to create a common ground so that any issue could be clarified/addressed.
• Time Management:The ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources effectively, and meet deadlines is critical. Project coordinators and managers should be adept at time management to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:Projects often encounter challenges, and project leaders need strong problem-solving skills. Decisiveness is crucial for making timely and informed decisions that keep the project on track. Escalating any issue at right time to right people/team.
• Adaptability and Flexibility:Projects may face unexpected changes or disruptions. Being adaptable and flexible allows project coordinators and managers to adjust plans, address issues, and keep the project moving forward.
• Risk Management:Identifying and managing risks is a key responsibility. Project professionals should be able to anticipate potential issues, assess their impact, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Team Collaboration:Successful projects rely on effective collaboration. Project coordinators and managers need to foster a positive team environment, encourage open communication, and promote teamwork.
• Technical Knowledge: Depending on the industry and project scope, technical expertise in specific areas may be required, such as software development, Healthcare, Banking and Insurance, or Process engineering.

Work Timings:5:00 pm to 02:00 am IST, Monday to Friday (or) 6:00 pm to 03:00 am IST, Monday to Friday
