If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\xc4\x81taka (IN-KA), India (IN).NTT DATA Services Managed Services Transition/ Project Management Advisor - Technical Project Manager- Grade 10The NTT DATA Services Technical Project Manager is responsible for successfully executing customer projects involving Infrastructure, Automation and Technology Outsourced services. For each engagement, the Technical Project Manager works with a team to develop and implement a master Project plan that manages cost and schedule to onboard required staff, implement and test technical solutions, and put in place initial service delivery processes.Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Supports pre-sales efforts as needed by advising solution developers to identify all start-up duties, Project Management tasks, and associated cost and schedule.
  • Directs the execution of the master Project plan and reports Project management metrics to Program Manager/ senior management per departmental standard operating procedure.
  • Tests and verifies validity of implemented technical solutions, providing feedback as appropriate to the offering team, service architecture group, implementation team on problems and issues.
  • Have basic knowledge of system, processes, technology, automation, and integration
  • Collaborating with technical engineering, delivery, and product teams to drive quality and speed to automation implementations
  • Taking ownership of critical road blockers, coordinating with Delivery Executives, SMEs, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders and program leaders
  • Proactively identify risks and issues on projects - leading team to develop risk management and issues management plans
  • Identifies potential points of contention for missed deliverables; creates and implements strategy to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget
  • Interacts with customer management (including executive management), internal NTT DATA Services organizations, and vendor partners.
  • Ensuring that process, procedures, and methodologies are in place and followed to support efficient deployments at scale.
  • Follows all organizational standard operating procedure relative to cost modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow and deliverables.
  • Takes assignment of customer transition projects of varying scope, time, and complexity and complete associated project tasks and deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Bridges relationship between the Offering development team, implementation team, service delivery management and client.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Skills and experience in managing technical services projects.
  • Exemplary project management and customer management abilities.
  • Internal customer relationship management experience (i.e. sales, pre-sales, advisory services) a plus
  • Must have a thorough understanding of client and server-related services processes and technologies. Must be able to manage related project financials. In-depth ability to assess, manage, and remediate project risks.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Ability to work highly matrixed, multi-functional IT organization
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leader in the use of IT methodologies, processes, and standards for project management
  • PMP / ITIL/ Cloud certification a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 8+ years relevant experience.
  • Willingness to travel in case of Project requirement.
