These solutions will enhance productivity, minimize expenses, and update our technology infrastructure to continue providing the outstanding experiences our customers expect.Work Location:IN / HyderabadFedEx Information Security (InfoSec) ensures the security of the enterprise systems and data, through business agility, system reliability, and information security controls to enable the business to deliver the Purple Promise. The Global InfoSec team strives to protect the enterprise from cyber threats, secure business operations, and ensure global regulatory compliance.Under general guidance, the Cyber Risk Posture Project/Process Analyst will be responsible for leading large-scale programs to support cyber risk mitigation across the enterprise. This position will collaborate across the enterprise to analyse current-state data maturity and processes to drive increased risk visibility and improved data quality required for risk management. We look for self-motivated individuals who can function and adapt with quality driven management to deliver incremental improvements by incorporating feedback and adapting in a fast-paced environment.s:The roles and responsibility have been described as follows:Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading large scale enterprise initiatives including assessing current state, driving teams to solution identification and selection, launching a minimum viable product, and iterating enhancements to drive risk visibility and mitigation.
• Collaboration across disparate teams to document current state processes and create user stories for prioritization and delivery of selected solutions.
• Drive to remove blockers for project success by pushing the project forward and escalating issues promptly.
• Analyse requirements from Cyber Risk Posture Management teams and the business and take appropriate steps to define action plans which are detailed, meaningful and set expectations appropriately with the working teams.
• Provide necessary clarifications on requirements to team members and manage requirements using Agile framework i.e., user stories and help drive the agile process forward by participation in backlog grooming, sprint planning, QA, etc.
• Validate process documents with InfoSec and Business partners to obtain sign off from SMEs / Process owners / IT Teams as appropriate.
• Responsible for supporting the testing requirements and preparation of test plans.
• Supports the design and conceptualization of new business solution options and articulates identified impacts and risks.
• Assures that the Product Backlog Items respect the Definition of Ready before entering in the Backlog.
• Evaluating dependences, interfaces and specifying inputs and formatting outputs to meet the business' responsible for defining Functional and Non-Functional Requirements.
• Supports the Business Team and Product Owners on the prioritization of change requests.

• Preferred bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline
• Preferably with minimum 6-9 years of work experience as a Program/Project Manager in InfoSec or IT related field
• Should have strong written and verbal communication to work with InfoSec stakeholders and Business Leaders across the globe
• Process Mapping skills using MS Visio is must. Should be skilled in preparing Keystroke Level Mapping document
• Prior experience in documenting business requirements such as Process Maps, Process design document (PDD), BRDs, User stories, Test Design, Test case and Requirement Traceability document
• Ability to handle multiple initiative in parallel and drive large projects to completion
• Good knowledge and understanding of SDLC Life cycle, Microsoft Power Apps, Automation tools, Co-Pilot, AI including Chatbots and Conversational AIis preferred
• To be a very capable communicator with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and Leadership levels
• Preferably have practical experience in implementing LEAN, AGILE and Design Thinking
• Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to information security compliance including privacy laws appropriate to the region
• Preferably have practical knowledge in using ServiceNow Modules and Microsoft Office, particularly in Power BI, Power Automate (power bi and Service Now good to have) Agility Version 1 - Good to have.
• Participate in after hour escalations to assist on call team members
