Job Description


Summary Person is responsible for CBR & GIS Parts order execution, material planning, follow up with various departments for arranging finished spares product (Planning, Production, sourcing, SCM, Engineering, Quality, packing, finance etc\xe2\x80\xa6), Transfer pricing as per SLA, physical collection of material and dispatches.responsible for CBR & GIS Parts order execution, material planning, follow up with various departments for arranging finished spares product (Planning, Production, sourcing, SCM, Engineering, Quality, packing, finance etc\xe2\x80\xa6), Transfer pricing as per SLA, physical collection of material and dispatches ,.Details are as below:

  • Book the order/ Create the sales order in HVM & CHT SAP system
  • Transfer price sharing to ISN-PM/RSM Team for internal PO creation
  • Prepare the required material list (Pole and Mechanism) in the following Categories.
1.list of Loose parts .
2.List of Sub assembly parts.
3.List of new finished Products .
4.Legacy Parts .
5.List of NON-STOCK parts in HVM store.
6.List of factory repair products. * HVM & CHT planning team follow up :1.Work order creation for the required parts ( loose parts / sub assembly parts /New & Repair pole and Mechanism Parts.
2.Request for daily Production & Testing plan, FAT, MPS inclusion of ISN required New & repair Pole and Mechanisms.
3.Sale order PR and vendor schedule creation for ISN project spares.
4.Inter unit stock transfer of Mechanism parts and it\'s demand update in HVM SAP system.
5.Work order change note creation .
6.MRP run on the requested Sale orders.
7.Stock posting, Work order confirmation on the pre-defined bulk spares. * HVM & CHT Production team follow up :1.Releasethe work orders for material collection from store.
2.Completion of Pole sub assy parts and it\'s assembly status checks.
3.Inter unit stock transfer of Mechanisms assy parts follow up and job completion status checks.
4.Check the status of daily Production & Testing plan, FAT, MPS confirmation on ISN required New & repairs Pole and Mechanisms.
5.Work order Confirmation on the completed parts ( loose parts / sub assembly parts / New & Repair pole and Mechanisms Parts.
6.Collect the testing data for customer submission. * HVM & CHT - Sourcing / SCM team follow up :1.Get the scheduled delivery confirmation on ISN required parts.
2. Factory -regular moving parts of non-stock HVM store parts arrangements from suppliers.
3. Develop the Non-moving Parts / Legacy parts of new supplier identification and spare parts arrangements * HVM & CHT-Engineering/Quality Team Follow up1.Get the confirmation on the supplied spare details for new order booking.
2.knowledge upgradation on New products from Team.
3.Obtain the technical clarifications and covey required details to customers. * HVM & CHT - Packing Team follow up.1.Collect the materials from Stores and move to packing area .
2.Give the packing box request and complete the packing .
3.Move the boxes in to loading area for transport . * Get the Lr. No from the nominated Transporters /customers and arrange the pick-up for dispatch from factory. Create the HVM invoice and Get the signature from HVM finance Team. Share the HVM invoicePrint the received ISN invoices and E-Way bills and share to the transporter and arrange shipment loading and complete the dispatches * Courier the HVM Invoices/Lr/Testing documents to ISN PM, Noida office for customer payment follow up.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: Yes
