You will be working as Project, Planning & Fulfilment Manager and will be part of Motion Business Area for Traction Division based in Vadodara, India. In this role you will be reporting to Local Product Group Manager and will be responsible for leading the execution of Projects, Planning & Fulfilment department and ensuring that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, relevant cyber security regulations and standards, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety and environment requirements, financial targets, along with scheduled commitments. Your responsibilities Leading all the projects independently, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing the project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring and controlling activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals Ensuring compliance to ABB project guidelines, relevant cyber security regulations, standards and contractual requirements Supporting local sales and tendering through early involvement in tenders along with Procurement and Logistics in supplier negotiations, claims and project changes. Effectively monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilization Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow Coordinating with operations and successfully procuring required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers Acting as the key contact for the customer to update on delivery schedule on weekly basis and key contact point with customers related to project issues Your background Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in identifying, qualifying, quantifying, and managing project risks Skills in performing related activities in accordance with the ABB policy, relevant cyber security regulations and standards, contractual agreements, and financial targets Ability to capture, analyze and share lessons learned throughout the project with other stack holders Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and address key issues with maximum integrity and professionalism More about us ABB Traction is a leader in traction technologies, driving innovation in rail and e-mobility.
