About the Project: The PRERANA Project aims to foster innovative solutions for improving youth, adolescent, and women's health, with a focus on sexual and reproductive health through information and empowerment. This project operates in eight northeastern states, promoting community engagement and behavior change to improve family planning and reproductive health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination and Oversight - Liaise between the project team and community stakeholders. - Oversee agreements and partnerships with community organizations. - Ensure project activities align with community engagement goals.

2. Community Engagement and Mobilization - Lead efforts to empower youth, women, and marginalized populations. - Collaborate with local leaders to support behavior change. 3. Capacity Building and Advocacy - Organize training sessions and advocacy events. - Develop and distribute materials promoting family planning services.

4. Partnership Management - Support project implementation in coordination with partners. - Maintain relationships with government agencies and NGOs.

5. Compliance and Risk Management - Ensure compliance with legal and operational guidelines. - Identify and mitigate project risks.

6. Documentation, Data, and Reporting - Document activities and prepare regular reports. - Provide updates to management and stakeholders.

7. Miscellaneous - Perform additional tasks as assigned by the project or government body.

Qualifications: - Master's degree in Social Work, Public Health, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community engagement or family planning programs.

- Proven experience working with vulnerable populations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Fluency in English and local languages preferred. - Women candidates and local natives are encouraged to apply.
