We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager/Product Owner to lead our AI-powered HRMS platform. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in managing SaaS and AI products, along with domain expertise in AI-driven HRMS. This role involves owning the project management artifacts, driving the product roadmap, and ensuring the on-time and budget-friendly delivery of features while staying competitive in the market.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Identify project risks and create effective mitigation plans.
  • Track project progress and ensure deviations from timelines and budget are promptly addressed.
  • Regularly present project updates, key performance indicators (KPIs), and status reports.
Product Ownership:
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
  • Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision, goals, and requirements.
Team Collaboration & Delivery:
  • Work closely with the technology team to ensure the on-time and budget-compliant delivery of features and product updates.
  • Facilitate Agile practices, including sprint planning sessions, to streamline development efforts and maximize efficiency.
Market Competitiveness:
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to keep the product at the forefront of the market.
  • Identify and drive product innovations by discovering gaps and opportunities within the HRMS and AI spaces.
Vendor & Integration Management:
  • Manage third-party service integrations and vendor relationships to enhance product functionality.
  • Ensure seamless API and software integration with external systems.
Talent Acquisition & Team Building:
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding talent for open roles within the team.
  • Support the development of a high-performance culture within the organization.
Sales Support & Customer Engagement:
  • Collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales activities, including product demos and technical Q&A sessions.
  • Provide input for product pricing strategies based on customer needs and business goals.
  • Regularly engage with customers to gather insights and drive product improvements.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on SaaS and AI-driven products.
  • Proven track record of managing HRMS, HR tech, or related platforms.
  • Domain Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of AI-driven HRMS, HR workflows, and related analytics.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with project methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Knowledge of API integrations, third-party vendor management, and software integrations.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Angular, Postgres, .NET, and AWS is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills:
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in driving teams toward successful product delivery.
  • Sales & Customer Focus:
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities, conducting demos, and interacting with customers.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to gather insights for continuous product improvements.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Previous experience in AI-driven product development or HR tech innovation.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Trello.
