Job Title: Project Manager-Interior Design

Job Summary: The Project Manager will oversee interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the interior design process.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and the design team.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Client Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular meetings with clients to update them on project progress and address any concerns or changes.

Ensure client needs and expectations are met and managed effectively.

T eam Coordination:

• Lead and coordinate the efforts of the design team, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Facilitate collaboration and problem-solving among team members.

Project Execution:

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards.
• Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.

Budget Management:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Track project expenses and handle billing and invoicing in coordination with the finance team.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Quality Control:

• Ensure all design and construction work meets the company's quality standards and client specifications.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify work progress and quality.
• Address any issues or deficiencies promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, plans, progress reports, and change orders.
• Prepare regular status reports for clients and management.
• Ensure all project records are organized and accessible.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior design or construction industry.

Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management methodologies.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Language: Hindi, Kannada, English or any other.
