We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager

Principal responsibilities

• Continue to develop central guidance and where applicable central solutions to assist our customers to adopt platform/tool automation
• Working with various IT teams maintain and evergreen the quality engineering tooling estate of Distributed platform for the Group.
• Use knowledge and experience in Digital best practices, processes, frameworks, tools, and automation to improve the overall quality of Digital applications and increase velocity and confidence in software delivery.

Responsible to develop and deliver Testing strategy and roadmap for Web, API, mobile testing requirements, architecting appropriate frameworks and applying cloud devices / tools to support testing transformation

Identify Testing Design gaps and opportunities through initiative based assessments, validate corrective measures and appropriate automation opportunities and tools

Maintain a repository of best practices, guidelines, templates associated herein

Responsible for regional input into the learning framework including association with accredited bodies

• Work closely with the engineering teams for identifying failures/de-gradation/vulnerabilities and enable corrective decisions for improvements

Requirements

Requirements (Skills)

• Bachelor of Technology (or equivalent) degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.

with exposure to corporate IT in both agile and waterfall environments, IT Service Delivery and Process Re-engineering under DevOps

• Strong working experience on Test Automation across multiple technologies stack
• Good knowledge and hands-on in NFR (Performance Scripting, Testing and Engineering), Test Data Automation & Service Virtualization services
• Working knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, Atlassian stack (JIRA, Confluence), Splunk
• Experience in implementation products/platform within the projects
• Experience in application development and support will be added advantage
• Has experience working in a complex mesh of services with enterprise-grade requirements.
• Experienced in Business Stakeholder Management
• Has solid understanding of Agile (Scrum), CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Jira, Selenium, Appium
• Understanding of key DevOps tools and their integration with appropriate automation
• Drive to improve and enhance existing strategies, processes, tools and techniques
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders, understanding needs and articulating ideas
• Good presentation and technical writing skills
• Interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate the case for investments and alternatives in the language of business
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a wide spectrum of stakeholders including 2 level up in the organization.
• Very Strong technology background in application development and architecture.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts is added advantage
• Fair understanding of enterprise architecture, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Good understanding and exposure to the Cloud technologies and cloud service providers - GCP, AWS, Azure. Well versed with the concepts of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, CaaS.
