Experience:- Minimum 10 Years experience in construction of residential & commercial building, execution with timely and excellent quality.-Should be able to handle Project Incharge/Project Leads.-We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects with a particular emphasis on construction.-The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing of projects.-This person will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.-Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources. Oversee and coordinate all project activities, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.-Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and supervise site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes.-Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues.-Manage project risks, issues, and changes and develop mitigation plans.-Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb965,000.00 per monthSchedule:
