Job Description
Summary
To coordinate project timelines, schedules, and equipment, as well as ensure that safety guidelines are meet, potential risks are eliminated within the allocated budget in blade manufacturing industry.Roles and Responsibility :
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation and perform risk management to minimize the project risk.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and report and escalate to management as needed
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Making the business case and make or buy decisions.
- 10-12 years of experience in overall manufacturing out of which has about 5-6 years in wind blade experience.
- Able to handle the project and execute them independently in plant environment.
- Have handled teams both local and abroad and able to deliver as per plants expectation.
- Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing and Finance.
- Experience in molds and process building in Blade manufacturing.
- BE Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Project Management certification
