Position Overview:
A Project Manager in the field of real estate engineering plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction and development projects within the real estate industry. This role involves a unique set of responsibilities and qualifications specific to the real estate sector. Below is a job description for a Project Manager in Real Estate Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and engineers in the conceptualization and planning of real estate projects.
• Ensure that all construction and development activities comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permits.
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor contract performance and enforce terms and conditions.
• Supervise construction activities, including scheduling, quality control, and safety.
• Address unexpected challenges and changes in project scope.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and change orders.
• Hand over the project to property management or the client.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred for more complex projects.
2. Proven experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.
3. Knowledge of real estate development processes, including zoning and permitting requirements.
4. Familiarity with construction management software and project management tools.
5. Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
8. Leadership and team management abilities.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
