We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager in Facade/Elevation Industry to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in managing civil construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring that it is completed within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress and ensure that project milestones are achieved on time
• Manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Maintain regular communication with project sponsors and stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress
• Manage project resources including personnel, materials, and equipment

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in civil construction project management
• Experience in managing projects from initiation to completion
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
