Job Description
location : Chennai
Manage all aspects of assigned real estate development projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project milestones and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
PMP certification or similar credentials are preferred.
Knowledge of local market conditions and real estate trends.
Expecting an candidate with at least 3 years of experience
