Responsibilities: * Overall Management of Public Bike Sharing (PBS) Project: Lead and oversee all aspects of the Public Bike Sharing project for Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC), ensuring its successful implementation and operation.

• Representation at Surat Municipal Corporation Meetings: Act as the primary representative for the PBS project in meetings with Surat Municipal Corporation officials, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and seeking necessary approvals.
• Team Management: Build and manage a dedicated team responsible for various aspects of the PBS project, including operations, maintenance, customer service, and data analysis.
• Staff Hiring: Identify staffing needs and recruit qualified personnel to support the PBS project, ensuring adequate manpower for smooth project execution.
• Account Management: Oversee the financial aspects of the PBS project, including budget allocation, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting to ensure cost-effective operations within allocated funds.
• Letter Drafting for Surat Municipal Corporation: Prepare official letters, reports, and other communication materials on behalf of the PBS project for submission to Surat Municipal Corporation, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with established guidelines.
• Quarterly Report Submission on Ridership Data: Compile and analyze ridership data from the PBS system on a quarterly basis, preparing comprehensive reports for submission to Surat Municipal Corporation to track project performance and inform decision-making.

Qualifications: * Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, Engineering, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred.

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in the implementation of public infrastructure projects or transportation initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in drafting official correspondence and presenting complex information to various audiences.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Knowledge of urban mobility concepts and familiarity with bike sharing systems or similar transportation solutions is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Surat city governance structure and procedures is an advantage.
