What you will be doingAs a Project Management Specialist, member of the Treasury & Risk team, you are responsible for:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements. By fostering a collaborative environment, you will develop plans and effectively manage risks and issues.
• Lessons Learned & Continuous Improvement: You will facilitate lessons learned sessions with stakeholders to understand why certain projects may not have met expected results. You will then, document, track the progress of preventive and corrective measures until closure, ensuring continuous improvement in our project management practices.
• Stakeholder Communication: You will provide regular, clear, and concise status updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership. Your strong communication skills will ensure effective collaboration across all cross functional teams.
• Compliance & Process Improvement: You will drive processes improvements and continues improvements to improve productivity and efficiency. By identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, you will contribute to the evolution and enhancement of our project delivery.
• Conflict Management: Excellent analysis, problem-solving, conflict management and time management skills. Ability to interact effectively with executive level. Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature.

What you bring:

• Proficient in project management methodologies, with a particular focus on Agile.
• In the context of those engagements or, a proven ability to engage various internal stakeholders at various hierarchical level.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and team members.
• Excellent client service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., Process SME\xe2\x80\x99s, Project Manager, Technical Leads, Developments heads etc.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong technical understanding with a background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, certifications is a plus.
• Previous experience in successfully managing escalated projects within financial industry/Capital Markets is highly desirable.
• Leverage and apply Agile principles in a general delivery context.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across teams and locations outside of your own hierarchy.
