SOLAR CONNECT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our solar and renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a specific focus on solar and renewable energy sectors. This role will be based in Trivandrum, Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for solar and renewable energy projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Resource Management:
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure project efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines.
• Quality and Safety Assurance:
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee project execution and address any issues.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and address any project-related challenges proactively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
