Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our EPC projects in the solar industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing solar projects, with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the solar industry.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee project budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, installation, and quality assurance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience : 3-5 years of project management experience in the solar industry or renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle in solar power plant installations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies in solar projects.
• Proven experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and resource management.
• Familiarity with various solar technologies and installation processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil preferred) or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
