So whatever your role, if you share our passion for helping others, youu2019ll be working towards creating a better and fairer future for all. : u00B7 Formulates the E2E Transformation project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by management specifies the manning of the project, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment and quality standards to be used. u00B7 Controls the project budget and project progress, evaluates all project initiatives as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting. u00B7 Leads the E2E Transformation project, within the project budget and program strategy, in terms of quality, money, time, information and organization, monitoring progress and managing external resources. u00B7 Directs employees and gives them operational guidance, both technically and organizationally. u00B7 Reports on employeesu2019 performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees or the purpose of appraisal and makes proposals for training Responsible for gaining agreements on and achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements during pre-sales working with different stakeholders and leading and directing teams.
