SAP Project Manager with at least 8 to 10 years of experience and should have hands on experience in his career on any module of SAP.
The primary role of the SAP Project Manager will be to drive SAP Implementation & Transformation projects aligned with aligned with customer's Project/Product organization and/or relative IT/Business organization. For driving individual project, he will execute project management works such as Issue/Time/Cost/Risk/Communication/Quality/Resource/Session Managements. Responsible to lead project teams to develop and launch new product initiatives. Project Manager will plan and manage multiple related projects including, cost/benefit analysis, estimation of budgets, timelines, and resources required for successful and timely completion of projects. The Project Manager will also assist in the development of measurement processes/methods for assessing progress towards goals and project outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Understand the customer's requirements, business processes and solution landscape.
• Create detailed project plans and execute them
• Understand SAP project methodology and premium engagement's services and drive adoption
• Coordinate involvement of SAP consultants and support resources and lead them in project
• Properly make reports and escalation to management or executive level
• Manage project scope, resources (human, financial etc.) and schedule to ensure that the project team members are meeting the deadlines and following the guidelines.
• Should have strong critical-thinking capabilities to solve problems and think about wide-ranging issues and facilitate decisions.
• Should be able to direct, manage and motivate the project team in multi-vendor and multi country environment.
• Handle the escalations and conflict within the project team.
• Have good working experience in stakeholder management, change management, communication plan, risk and mitigation plan, implementation and cutover plan.
• Prepare Project status updates based on the stakeholders, handle Steering Meetings, Phase exits and Project meetings.
Required Skills:
• Overall, 7-10 years of experience
• Experience in leading SAP projects (should have handled 1 rollouts/implementations/Conversions end to end)
• Experience in Project Management Tools
• Demonstrated project management skills
• SAP certifications or (PMP/Agile/Scrum Master/Prince2)
• SAP Modules worked on to be mentioned.
• Excellent Project Management Skills
• Good leadership, inter-personal and motivational skills
• Experience in Cloud solutions
• Bachelors in engineering or equivalent
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal & presentation skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner.

Required Technical Competencies

• Has working knowledge of customers' business domains and technology suite.

Projects Documentation:
• In-depth understanding documentation involved in Project like BBP & Solution Design, FS etc.
• Able to build into require project documentation and can do a Peer review for team members project/module documents.
Domain and Industry Knowledge:
• Specialized knowledge of customers' business processes and relevant technology platform or product.
• Apply industry standards/ practices and create complex business models in line with customer requirements independently.
• Analyze current-state and define to-be processes in collaboration with SME and present recommendations with tangible benefits.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, ROI analysis through innovation.
Functional Design:
• Working knowledge of high-level scope analysis, solution design processes, implementation and integration approaches, as well as cross-functional processes.
• Able to understand and design processes, identify key business drivers, translate use cases into diagrams, update design specifications, and design modular, flexible solutions meeting business requirements.
• Understand the overall solution's integrity, application behavior, and business rules, providing input for technical components, data design, and prototype creation.
• Can coordinate process playbacks and prototype reviews with stakeholders and configure applications for realizing business solutions.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
• Working knowledge of requirement management processes and requirement analysis processes, tools & methodologies.
• Able to analyze the impact of change requested/ enhancement/ defect fix and identify dependencies or interrelationships among requirements & transition requirements for engagement.
Test Management:
• Able to perform unit testing & perform comparison testing for rehosting, report testing status and create iteration, system integration test plan and develop integration test cases as required.
• Execute automation test scripts/manual test cases as per test plan, record findings and DIT Test Cases against the baseline code provided.
• Identify, report and document defects identified and perform defect fix/ deviations from expected results
• Create test cases, test scenarios and test data and perform Development Integration Testing.
