DUTIES:
1. Project Planning and Coordination: o Develop and implement project plans, including schedules/timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of deliverables.
2. Construction Management: o Supervise and monitor construction activities on site to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. o Monitor daily construction activities, including scheduling, logistics and materials management. o Manage and review contractor bids, contracts, and change orders. o Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process to maintain project momentum and quality
3. Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and correspondence. o Prepare comprehensive reports detailing project status, milestones, and performance metrics.
4. Budget and Cost Control: o Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. o Identify cost saving opportunities and efficiencies without compromising on project quality or timelines. o Prepare and present regular budget reports and forecasts to stakeholders and management
