Job Title: Project Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of real estate development projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development and project management.
• Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, including zoning regulations, permitting, and entitlements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ?110,000.00 per month
