Essence of the role is to ensure efficient management of the Project life cycle, for its specification and timelines. The role would require managing multiple Sites, across locations. Remote management would be an integral part to the deliverables. The role would involve extensive Travel and high skill set in Data Management. Proven track record in Project Management including Civil, Interiors, Contract Management, Project Planning apart from good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project Management tools would be critical for the role. Has to be abreast with the constantly evolving market trends. Role deliverables would include
Support Real Estate for the Project Management activities.
Evaluation of options shortlisted by Real Estate for its conformity with the Business requirement.
Prepare Business Case for costing and timelines on the Construction scope.
Develop CAPEX forecast and ROI.
Has sound knowledge of the norms governing respective verticals to meet the Compliance requirement.
Develop Scope of Contract relevant to the expected deliveries. Developer & Contractor.
Conversant with the SLAs applicable for various scope involving Service delivery.
Evaluation and recommendation of Project Management Consultant and Contractors basis assessment relevant to the delivery.
Verification of proposals for BOQ and Supplies.
Monitoring and governance of Project schedule with Project Management Consultant.
Ensure Project execution for Quality, Quantity and Concept.
Ensure Compliance to Organisation processes.
Work closely with Stake holder and Cross functional Team involved in the Project execution.
Conduct periodic Meeting and Updates, critical for Business Plan.
Project completion and take over.
Transition of Infrastructure to Facilities Team and support.
Final project closure for recovery, claims and all other aspects of Contract.
For existing footprints the responsibilities would include managing retro-fit and and refurbishment projects
Preferred ExperienceApplicant should have minimum 15 years experience in the field of Project Planning & Execution for Base building construction to Interiors. Preference would be given to applicants with experience spanning in Office, Industrial and Sites. Prior experience in Companies with Project Management as established function would be added advantage. Qualifications
Applicant with Degree in Civil Engineering with additional certification in Project related Software/ Application. Skills
