Listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market, Amdocs had revenue of $4.89 billion in fiscal 2023.In one sentenceLeads and directs teams to deliver a unique, high quality product, service or product support result within a defined schedule, budget, quality and scope.What will your job look like?The OSP Engineer performs all aspects of OSP engineering for copper and fiber projects and will be heavily involved in activities including the followingxc2xb7 Manage E2E project from customer hand offs to billing.xc2xb7 Ability to produce report and analytics showing overall project status.xc2xb7 Control OSP Field Engineering projects, tracks and manage market processes.xc2xb7 Development of OSP planning/design documentation, plans and specification assemblyxc2xb7 Special drawings/plant records, construction management documentation, and any other duties to ensure projects are completed successfully.xc2xb7 Lead and manage the team for PMO delivery.xc2xb7 Handling day to day operational queries from teamxc2xb7 Resolve issues affecting projects scope, quality, risk, and timelinexc2xb7 Timely delivery of correction received jobs and notifying Client on timely mannerxc2xb7 The OSP must have the ability to lead, coordinate, and manage a OSP Fiber engineering field teamxc2xb7 Understanding the Client Requirements and planned the network to cover a greater number of customers to the service provider.xc2xb7 You will own the progress and predicts risks (Quality, timeline and budget) as needed and takes vital mitigations required to meet the critical metrics, prioritize activities (self, team, external).xc2xb7 Lead continuous improvement via Root Cause Analysis, Lessons Learnt and Prevention processes. Track quality critical metrics and acts to continuously improve quality and measurements.xc2xb7 Promote a culture of continuous improvements/efficiencies to the OSP engineering and/or business processes throughout of the box thinking on product and processes and by utilizing or creating new engineering tools and different innovation techniques.xc2xb7You will advocate, works with project teams to understand the need for change.
