The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the project including providing the client and their internal project teams with clear direction, according to the clients requirements and company standards.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesServe as primary point of contact for clients and manage assigned client relationships through effective project management coordination and executionDrives overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverablesConsult with clients on the proper methodology to achieve their goals using Epiqs suite of e-Discovery servicesManage Epiqs internal processes to achieve client goals by communicating with intradepartmental process managers to guide the overall project.Obtain, examine, and prepare client data for Intake.Handle review platform (Relativity) specific items including but not limited to User requests, database management (archiving/deletion), creation of layouts/views/fields/choices/highlighting, creation, and execution of STRs, creation and management of batch sets, reportingProvide matter specific support on items such as privilege log generation, media tracking, and project specific reportingUnderstand project budgets and obtain required approvals before incurring additional costs outside of project estimatesEnsures continuity of client service between shifts by providing clear handoffs and client updatesRepresent Epiq in relationships with clients and third parties involved in providing services to those clientsDelegate to team members through continuous training of project related tasks, such as processing and review workflow, search construction, conflict verification, and productionsTroubleshoot issues and recommend solutions, effectively implement, and document for internal and external stakeholdersCreate playbooks for all clients to standardize service delivery and drive repeat businessPreferred qualifications / requirementsMinimum of 4-6 years experience in e-discovery industry with applicable Project Management skillsetUnderstanding of e-Discovery data processing standards and concepts such as culling, deduplication, filtering, processing, and imagingIndustry qualifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator, Analytics or Processing certifications is strongly preferredHands-on experience with working on RelativityProficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and BI is highly desirable and an added advantageExperience with dtSearch logicExperience with the specifications of multiple processing and hosting platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving ability and adaptabilityHighly organized and able to manage multiple processesAvailability to work extended hours as needed when client project demands increaseAbility to effectively communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiencesStrong customer service discipline with interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks with excellent follow through, professional communication, and attention to detailProven ability to provide good customer service and work well in a team-based environmentClient relationship skills which include the ability to proactively manage client expectations, recognize client needs, and adapt to consistently meet client requirements.Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to changing industry trendsFlexibility to work both night shift timings and occasionally on weekends is required.Location: Pune, IndiaIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!It is Epiqs policy to comply with all applicable equal employment opportunity laws by making all employment decisions without unlawful regard or consideration of any individuals race, religion, ethnicity, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expressions, transgender status, sexual and other reproductive health decisions, marital status, age, national origin, genetic information, ancestry, citizenship, physical or mental disability, veteran or family status or any other basis protected by applicable national, federal, state, provincial or local law.
