UBS RecruitingYour teamYou join the Risk&Manco Organization team which is responsible for establishing and running the Funds services for CS.Your colleagues are spread across the APAC region and Switzerland to support and advice the IGM, Fund services teams in preventing and handling of financial risks. The function operates with a high degree of collaboration & analytical thinking and oversees all risk and control require-ments for the business.You will be the part of the Fund services and will have various opportunities to work with our customers and onshore family across APAC and Switzerland.Credit Suisse Group AG has been acquired by UBS Group AG. • single point responsible for delivery of the project within specified schedule, cost, and quality. Ensure that proper handover is taken from the Team. Baselining of the project, maintained, made available to all parties concerned and effectively used (managing the project).
• ensures that the project is correctly planned and managed during execution. Responsible for all official communication with customer with regards to project matters.\'-Prepare sub-contract strategy, select sub-contractors, and negotiate contracts and control.
• responsible for overall site management including site work progress, reporting, closure of site work, installation /commissioning, site I & C contractor management

- need to do planning for the schedule, Billing plan, revenue plan. Need to do monthly operation review. Monitor the variance and need to take corrective action to ensure that Project Schedule is meet and Project does not fall in LD. Monitor and Control the financial status of the project (EAC, Billings, cost budgets, milestone payments, rebates, warranty). Submission of project progress report in prescribed format on monthly basis to customer and to internal stake holders including sales.
- It is expected that you will have knowledge and experience in following technical areas. You should be able to review, comment and provide improvements in these technical areas:

• client side & server-side Packaging using Capture & Tanium ( NEO,WINDEV , TCL etc.) , Testing delivered Packages.
• anonymization tool integration for Fund Admin Platform.(e.g.: Synthesize, Lucid , custom build)
• common Library like App Security (LDAP/LDAP-STP) , EVA (Hashicorp) integration with Oracle, Autosys deployment
• dashboard integration for Logging & Monitoring using Splunk, Grafana , Osmosis
• Cumulus integration using MQ / Kafka

- establish professional relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Act as a single point contact for customer
- accurately report the status (resources, technical issues, customer satisfaction) of assigned projects on all key metrics.
- managing the interest of all stakeholders in the project Work closely with customer integration and third-party sourcing team for timely delivery of the project. Work with Life Cycle Solutions and Services organization to ensure that projects are properly closed out.
- work with sales as directed by Operation Head / Manager to ensure that project proposals are supported with proposal deliverables e.g., risk/opportunity, cost estimates, project execution plan, schedule etc.
- establish and execute detailed plans to ensure that risks are mitigated, and opportunities are realized. Managing the process of scope definition and change control, including estimating and negotiations of contract / scope variations (change orders). Ensuring the timely receipt of change orders for the changes taken place in Project during course of execution.
- understand customer related critical points to quality measures and then driving business improvement through improving these measures.
- participate in the continuous improvement process with respect to project management procedures, guidelines, and tools. Anticipate timely on important potential risks (technical or other) and highlight to all stake holders on timely manner.
- ensure skills & competency management of Project team to remain in alignment with project goal. - Create the conditions to enable effectively working in teams. (A balanced team).
