Job Summary: As a Project Manager at Max Aircon Pune, you will play a pivotal role in managing HVAC projects from inception to completion. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, coordinate project activities, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Your strong project management skills and knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly Daikin products, will be essential in achieving project success. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure project objectives are met efficiently. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure that HVAC systems are installed and commissioned according to design specifications and industry standards, with a focus on Daikin products. Cost Management: Monitor project costs and take proactive measures to control expenses, ensuring projects stay within budget. Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays. Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Change Management: Manage project changes, including scope changes, and update project plans accordingly. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project closeout documentation. Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. RequirementsQualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in project management, preferably in HVAC or construction projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components, with a focus on Daikin products. Excellent project planning and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
