Job and Responsibilities
• Develop project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, and resources required.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking.
• Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Develop project schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate construction activities to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Hire and manage subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other project personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and address issues that may impact project progress or quality.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from regulatory authorities.
• Establish quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Address any deficiencies or non-compliance issues promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular meetings and reporting to keep stakeholders informed.
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions among project team members.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
• Prepare progress reports and other project-related documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
• Address client concerns and provide regular updates on project status.
• Seek opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance and identify lessons learned.
• Document best practices and areas for improvement.
• Close out the project and ensure all deliverables are completed satisfactorily.
Desired Candidate Profile:
10 - 15 years' experience in High rise building from deep basement foundation to top completion.
Experience in multilevel basement.
Construction and related shore piling and rock anchoring is a must.
B.E Civil degree only
