:We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI) process for our software projects. This role is essential in ensuring projects move smoothly through the NPDI phases, from concept to launch, while aligning with our business goals, timelines, and quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate across multiple departments, drive project timelines, and be responsible for the overall health and success of each software project.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead end-to-end NPDI processes for software projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, marketing, and quality assurance, to drive project objectives and milestones.
• Develop, track, and adjust project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues to prevent delays and ensure smooth delivery.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off sessions, design reviews, and post-mortem analyses, to ensure continuous improvement in project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all company and industry standards throughout each phase of the NPDI process.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in project management, preferably within software development or technology-driven NPDI processes.
• Knowledge of NPDI: Strong understanding and experience in New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI) processes for software projects.
• Project Management Skills: Proven expertise in project planning, risk management, and budgeting; ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive in identifying and addressing project challenges.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
• Tools: Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent tools.
